SACRAMENTO – (INT) – Two major events are marking Governor Brown’s final year in office.

Brown submitted his last budget proposal for 2018-19 Wednesday. It will be followed by his last State of the State address before a joint session of the Legislature on Thursday.

Brown is California’s longest-serving governor having passed that milestone in 2013. His current term expires in January 2019.
