Report: Crime falls in Riverside County
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is out with a generally upbeat report on 2017 crime.

Reported crime in the unincorporated areas of the county was down 0.1%, while violent crime fell 7.8%. By comparison, in the cities that contract with the sheriff for police protection, crime last year fell 2.8%, violent crime was down more than 9% and property crimes decreased 2.2%.
