Study: Credit scores reveal financial habits
INLAND EMPIRE - If you’ve ever applied for a loan or credit card, you know that your credit score is more than just a three-digit number: it’s a representation of your financial habits. And it tends to speak volumes, especially about how well you manage your debts.

WalletHub compared the median credit scores of residents in 2,572 U.S. cities and the Inland Empire. Not surprising, residents of cities with higher incomes scored highest while lower income residents sunk toward the bottom.

Those numbers were reflected in credit scores. No Inland Empire cities posted an average above 750. Most were in the 600s.

Residents of Chino Hills and Palm Desert scored the highest while Perris, Moreno Valley and San Bernardino ranked near the bottom.
