Colton police say they’ve solved a nearly year-old homicide with the arrest of two suspects. Arturo Flores, 36, and Deborah Daniel, 38, both of San Bernardino are suspected of gunning down Oscar Hernandez, a transient who frequented the Colton area. Police did not give a motive for the shooting nor how the suspects were implicated. (INT)
