SAN BERNARDINO _ (INT) - Two men who lured a 58-year-old Phelan man from his motorhome to rob him have been convicted of his murder.

The case against Jacob Bock and Kyle Comrie was tried by two juries simultaneously.

The crime dates back to 2015 when both defendants conspired to lure Louis Merrigan from his motorhome under the ruse of needing to use his cell phone with the intent of robbing him. Merrigan was shot once in the head.

Brock and Comrie are scheduled to be sentenced next month in San Bernardino Superior Court. (INT)
