Bank robber falls victim to drug overdose
HEMET – (INT) – A suspected 2-time bank robber was being treated for a drug overdose after a SWAT team found him unconscious inside a local home Monday.

Howard Curtner, 55, fled in a taxi from his latest bank heist and was dropped off at a residence on Anderson Drive.

Police developed information on Curtner’s wherabouts and surrounded the house. Curtner’s refusal to surrender brought a SWAT that eventually stormed the residence only to find him unconscious.
