Fontana man accused in immigration fraud scheme
A Fontana man is among three Southern Californians indicted for participating in an immigration fraud scheme that, among other things, illegally charged Mexican nationals thousands of dollars to obtain H-2A work visas and additional money for expenses once they arrived in the United States. Among those accused is Jorge Vasquez, 58, of Fontana, the owner of H-2A Placement Services, a farm labor recruiting company based in Rancho Cucamonga. (INT)
