Riverside chiropractor caught in insurance scheme A Riverside chiropractor has been charged in a 5-year long insurance fraud and kickback scheme. Prosecutors allege that more than $300,000 in payments were made to Curtis Wayne Montgomery from a company called Providence Scheduling, which was designed to field phone calls from injured workers and then funnel those people to doctors and chiropractors throughout California. Montgomery, 59, is charged with 47 felony counts. (INT)
