Continuing earthquakes getting more attention AGUANGA - (INT) - One of the most active segments of the San Jacinto Fault is growing more restless.
A pair of light earthquakes followed by 21 aftershocks in 9-hours were detected Saturday. They occurred along a common epicenter 5-miles northeast of Aguanga. The strongest were felt in the Hemet area but also throughout Southwest Riverside County, the San Jacinto Mountains, the Coachella Valley and into San Diego County. There was no reported damage. Weak aftershocks were continuing Tuesday. Story Date: May 23, 2018
