Traffic was slowed Sunday on Highway 60 while Riverside County firefighters surrounded a 10-acre fire in the Badlands between Moreno Valley and Beaumont. The fire was contained within 2-hours after it was reported. Earlier in Yucaipa, a wildfire at the Casa Blanca Ranch covered about 8-acres before it was stopped. Authorities did not have a cause for either fire. (INT)
