Redlands stabbing cases forwarded to prosecutors
REDLANDS – (INT) – Police are wrapping up two unrelated stabbing investigations in which four suspects are in custody.

Three people were detained about an hour after Derek Loren Coltrain came out on the deadly end of an argument on West Colton Avenue Thursday. Three Redlands residents who were jailed were identified as Daniel Oliver Mares, 37, Michael Anthony Steven Krantz, 28, and Marina Rebecca Delagarza, age 36.

Meantime, a woman is jailed on suspicion of stabbing a man who she claims to have indecently exposed himself earlier Tuesday at Jennie Davis Park. Cynthia Christine Molina, 51, followed the 28-year-old man out of the park. Police said the two exchanged words before the man was stabbed several times in the back.

Police are reviewing surveillance video after arresting Molina.

Both incidents are being forwarded to the District Attorney for possible charges.
