A wrong-way driver, a 23-year-old Ontario woman, caused a head-on crash near Market Street in Riverside early Sunday. Initial reports were that a Ford Mustang was westbound in the eastbound lanes when it collided with a van. A passenger in the van, Shanilka Mapatuna, 23, of Moreno Valley, was killed. Both surviving drivers suffered major injuries, the CHP said Monday. In Ontario about 24-hours earlier, Highway Patrol investigators said a motorist was DUI causing his car to collide with a truck on the Pomona Freeway.
