Sheriff’s detectives say they have solved the murder of a Victorville man whose body was found in the desert off Stoddard Wells Road last Sunday. Howard Armstrong, 31, of Apple Valley has been arrested at his home. Armstrong was last seen with Keenan Handley, age 44. (INT)
