Skyrocketing homes prices leveling off
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Home prices that have been on the rise for more than 6-years appear to be leveling off. Actual selling prices across the two county region are basically unchanged since February. CoreLogic reports the average is $355,500.

During July, Riverside County homes were at a peak of $380,000 and San Bernardino County homes sold for an average of $325,000. That compares to a Southern California average of $530,000.

Over the past 12-months, Southland selling prices rose 5.8 percent. In San Bernardino County, there was a gain of 6.6 percent.
