Dr. Matthew Chang has been named the new Director of Behavioral Health of the Riverside University Health System. Chang had been serving as medical director for RUHS Behavioral Health since 2016. He is a board certified child/adolescent forensic psychiatrist. He replaces former Director Steve Steinberg, who retired earlier this month after 25 years with the department. (INT)
