A community celebration marking the revitalization of one of San Bernardino’s core neighborhoods was held Friday. The Arrowhead Grove Neighborhood Revitalization replaces the former Waterman Gardens public housing development. Planners say the project includes about 400 units of affordable and market-rate housing, community amenities, upgraded infrastructure and an “integrated educational environment”. (INT)
