Riverside County gets three new judges
SACRAMENTO – (INT) - Governor Brown has appointed thirty-three Superior Court judges including three in Riverside County.

Kenneth J. Fernandez, 52, has served as a court commissioner since 2004 and prior to that was a Riverside County deputy district attorney for eleven years. His judgeship is a newly created position.

Emily A. Benjamini, 51, of La Quinta, previously served as a deputy public defender. She fills a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Helios J. Hernandez.

Eric A. Keen, 47, of Riverside, has served in several positions in the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office since 1997. He fills a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Charles E. Stafford.
