Ex-supervisor's sentencing postponed
SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – The sentencing of self-admitted drug abuser and former county supervisor Bill Postmus has been re-scheduled for November 14th.

An attorney for Postmus has been arguing a motion in San Bernardino Superior Court to withdraw his 2011 guilty plea. Prosecutors are seeking the maximum penalty.

Postmus claims he was coerced into a plea bargain.

The deal called for Postmus to turn state’s evidence and testifying for the prosecution during the marathon Colonies trial which spanned 8-months in 2017. His testimony backfired on the prosecution with the acquittal of three defendants and dismissal of all charges against a fourth.
