RIVERSIDE – (INT) – A supervising public defender is the latest appointee to the Riverside Superior Court bench.

Governor Brown has named Johnnetta E. Anderson, 41, of Eastvale, a Democrat, to fill a new judgeship position.

She has served as a deputy public defender since 2006. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from the California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, San Bernardino.

Compensation for the judgeship position is $207,424.
