The coroner reports that a San Bernardino shooting victim has died marking the city’s 38th reported homicide of the year. Bernie Robins, 22, of Inglewood was driving his vehicle last Wednesday near East 9th Street and Sierra Way when he was shot. Robins died the next day at the Loma Linda University Medical Center.
