An intoxicated motorist tried to elude Highway Patrol officers early Monday and was finally captured hiding in the Jurupa Hills. Jason Knapp, 25, of Rancho Cucamonga was shot at when he tried to run down the officers with his Jeep Cherokee. No one was injured in a series of confrontations. Charges of felony evading, assault with a deadly weapon, and DUI are pending. (INT)
