San Bernardino police are encouraging public input that could help solve the city’s 11th homicide of the year. Titua Pollard, 26, of San Bernardino was found mortally wounded early Sunday in the 2000 block of North Palm Avenue. Pollard died of a gunshot wound to the abdomen at a local hospital. (INT)
