A 71-year-old Menifee woman was killed Wednesday when her Ford Explorer SUV ran off the I-215 in Perris, overturned and rolled down an embankment. Delfina Corona Salinas was not wearing her seatbelt. All freeway lanes were reopened within an hour near the lower Route 74 interchange. (INT)
