A head-on collision Sunday on Gilman Springs Road claimed two lives. Calfire said six other victims were taken from the scene near Sanderson Avenue north of San Jacinto to local hospitals, two with major injuries. The coroner said the dead included Nestor Canales, 31, of Riverside and a 64-year-old Los Angeles woman whose name was not immediately released. (INT)
