Four students are under arrest on suspicion of inciting a riot following an incident Friday at Rancho Viejo Middle School in Hemet. Police say it started when a 15-year-old female student from Tahquitz High School got into a dispute with an employee and a school resource officer. A crowd formed but was pushed back.
