A pre-dawn explosion in a Palm Springs apartment seriously injured a 22-year-old woman and sent a man to jail. Police accuse Ryan Martin of operating a honey oil lab. Martin suffered minor injuries. The blast on East Vista Chino Road early Tuesday resulted from a lit cigarette while the lab was in operation. (INT)
