Streets in an area near Montclair along the San Bernardino-Los Angeles County line were reopened Saturday morning after a chemical leak at a business was mitigated. Residents living near Frances Avenue and East End Avenue sheltered in place throughout the night because of the potentially dangerous fumes. (INT)
