A celebration of life service is scheduled Saturday for former Moreno Valley mayor and councilmember Bonnie Flickinger. Mrs. Flickinger served on several charity and civic committees and was an active member of the community. She died last month at the age of 78. Saturday’s 11am service will be at the Moreno Valley United Methodist Church. (INT)
