Operation Pass Resolve lands 23 in jail BANNING – (INT) – Riverside County authorities are declaring success in a 15-month-long campaign against organized crime, wanted felons, and those trafficking weapons and drugs.
Wednesday marked the culmination of Operation Pass Resolve. Nineteen teams of law enforcement officers targeted 65 locations from the Banning-Beaumont Pass to the Coachella Valley, the Hemet and Menifee areas, as well as in San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties. Twenty-three of the 29 targeted suspects were arrested with another six not yet located but being actively sought. At one location in Hemet, a man with an outstanding warrant for murder and vehicular manslaughter was arrested. Story Date: November 22, 2019
