A hit-and-run motorist who’s been on the run most of the month for causing a fatal crash near Anza is behind bars on a murder charge. Antone Bayard was captured Tuesday in Desert Hot Springs. Bayard fled the January 3rd crash scene on foot. Killed was a 63-year-old motorist from Aguanga. (INT)
