In Hemet, police have identified the operator of an electric scooter who died Tuesday after being struck by a pick-up truck. Kathryn Hann, 60, was crossing an intersection when the driver of the pick-up failed to see her scooter while turning from Mayberry Avenue onto Palm Street. (INT)
