Warehousing boom put into numbers
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – The region’s boom in warehousing and commercial space is becoming more apparent.

An analysis by CommercialCafe predicts:

• Inland Empire is slated to be the most active industrial market in the nation this year, with 25.6 million square feet of space across 84 buildings scheduled for 2020.
• That translates to a 66% increase compared to last year, when the market added 15.4 million square feet of space across 70 buildings and came in second to Dallas.
• The Colony Commerce Center Phases I (1 and 2) and II (1-9) in Ontario are expected to bring roughly 3 million square feet of new space to the market this year, for the nation's biggest industrial project of 2020.
• Inland Empire also boasts two of last year’s biggest industrial completions—Buildings 1-4 of the Prologis Eucalyptus Industrial Park in Moreno Valley and Buildings 1 and 2 of Sycamore Canyon in Riverside.
