Primary election certified in San Bernardino County
SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – Results of San Bernardino County’s March 3rd primary were certified Wednesday.

Just under 39 percent of the county’s registered voters cast ballots favoring Bernie Sanders over Joseph Biden.

Favorites for the County Board of Supervisors were Paul Cook in the First District and Dawn Rowe in the Third District. Joe Baca, Jr and Jesse Armendarez will advance to a November run-off in the Fifth District.

For San Bernardino City Council, Kimberly Calvin edged out Bessine Littlefield Richard in Ward 6. Ward 5 incumbent Henry Nickel was forced into a November run-off by Ben Reynoso. Juan Figueroa was an easy winner in Ward 3. There will be a run-off in Ward 7 between incumbent Jim Mulvihill and challenger Damon Alexander.
