The personal finance website WalletHub compared 300 cities across the nation and found cities in Arizona, Nevada and the Midwest with the most-affordable homes.

Victorville ranked 88th best, Murrieta 131st, Temecula 105th, Riverside 189th and San Bernardino 223rd.

In terms of the quality of life, Murrieta was 51st best, Riverside 120th and San Bernardino 223rd.

WalletHub used 26 key indicators of market attractiveness with the data set ranging from cost of living to real-estate taxes to property-crime rate.
