Riverside police have connected a registered sex offender to a pair of sexual assaults the past two months. Ricardo Cabrera, 27, was wearing an ankle bracelet when arrested Thursday. Cabrera is accused of attacking a female jogger June 7th in La Sierra and a shopper at the Riverside Plaza earlier Thursday. Cabrera fled in a vehicle but evidence left at the scene led police to him. (INT)
