Two people are dead in the wake of a fiery head-on collision of a car and an SUV on the Ramona Expressway near San Jacinto. It happened early Saturday when one vehicle drifted across the center line near Bridge Street. There were no survivors. The coroner identified one of the victims Sunday as Carlos Rodriguez, 74, of Perris. (INT)
