Prosecutors have concluded that Ontario police officers acted within their rights of self-defense when a woman wielding a handgun and a lead pipe was shot and killed when she rushed toward them. An investigation concluded that Araceli Arias was angry, under the influence of drugs and possibly bent on suicide at the time of the incident in her father’s backyard in May, 2019. (INT)
