Charges are being upgraded to murder now that a 20-year-old San Bernardino woman has succumbed to injuries she suffered at the hands of her boyfriend. Cynthia Monique Benavidez had been in grave condition following an assault at a residence on North Fairfax Drive. Police identified the suspect Wednesday as Carnellious Lamar Coleman, age 24. He was detained at the scene at the time of the October 5th incident. (INT)
