INLAND EMPIRE (INT) Tens of thousands of ballots cast in the November 3rd election have yet to be tallied.

Riverside and San Bernardino County election officials say that among the ballots are so-called provisional ones, some are damaged and others require further review. Mail-in ballots must have been postmarked no later than November 3rd and received by November 20th to be counted.

Updates of unofficial election results are updated regularly on the county websites.

County elections officials must report their final results to the Secretary of State for the Presidential contest on or before Dec. 1. The Secretary of State will certify the results on December 11, 2020. The Electoral College will convene on December 14, 2020.
