Steady gasoline prices show no direction
SOUTHLAND – (INT) – Southern California gasoline prices are heading into a fourth straight month of stability.

The Automobile Club of Southern California’s Gas Watch puts the statewide average at $3.17 for a gallon of 87 octane regular.

In Riverside, it’s $3.10 which is 3-cents lower than last month and 79 cents a gallon below a year ago.

“Oil industry analysts say that two Southern California refineries that were undergoing planned maintenance are coming back online shortly,” said Auto Club spokesman Jeffrey Spring. “We will have to see if that has any impact on prices falling.”
