Housing tightens as inventories fall
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) – Home values continue to skyrocket as supply pales in comparison to demand.

Zillow says the intense demand and tightening supply have driven the fastest home value appreciation in 15-years.

As of the most recent report, the number of homes on the market in the Riverside area was down 46.5% from last year at this time.

-The typical home value in October was $411,728, up 8% year over year, 1.2% since September.
-Rent prices are up from 8.1% last year to an average of $2,212

Across the U.S., rents rose 0.3% to $1,751.
