Campaigns against pot growers nets nine arrests
INLAND EMPIRE – (INT) - Six residents of the Anza-Aguanga area are under arrest in the latest incursion against large marijuana cultivators.

Five search warrants served Wednesday turned up approximately 6795 marijuana plants and 2244 pounds of processed pot for a combined weight of 2-and-a-half tons.

In San Bernardino County Wednesday, a sheriff’s marijuana enforcement team served four search warrants in the Twentynine Palms Area. Three suspects were arrested. Two attempted to hide from investigators in a makeshift bunker. Investigators seized 2,665 marijuana plants.

Investigators swung into action after getting complaints about large marijuana cultivations in the Desert Heights area.
