Vehicle accidents across the Inland Empire during the 3-day MLK holiday claimed four lives including a bicyclist and a pedestrian. In San Jacinto, authorities said an individual was lying in the middle of North State Street early Monday morning when run over by a sedan. In Menifee, a bicyclist was struck by two vehicles on Highway 74 late Saturday night. A 2-car mishap on a freeway ramp in Bloomington killed a Rialto woman.
