Drive-by shootings leave two dead
SAN BERNARDINO – (INT) – Drive-by shootings have taken two lives in as many days.

In the latest incident, a teenage boy was slain and another wounded. Police said the pair was walking along North D Street Thursday evening when a vehicle pulled up and the driver fired several gunshots then drove off. Investigators could not offer a motive. Names of the victims were not released.

Earlier Wednesday, police found Clarence Wimbish, 34, of Colton collapsed on the pavement of North Wall Avenue. Wimbish died of multiple gunshots fired by the driver of a black sedan that fled from the scene. An individual walking with Wimbish was not injured.
